eaglet- We are very sorry to report that eaglet passed away on 25th November 2003. One of our long time regulars, he will be sadly missed in the channel. He was a generous man who took time out to help others.
Living in the southwest corner of Virginia about a hundred yards north of the Tennessee border, he gets a good mix of weather from several inches of snow in the winter to sometimes sweltering 90° heat at the peak of summer. One of the largest companies in town is Bristol Compressors where he managed to work for a whole 18 months before quitting to save his sanity. eaglet- can be found lurking on the #mensa channel usually from 8am to 11pm

eaglet is a retired PC mechanic (after spending 10 years in the Army)
living in Bristol, Virginia, US. He spends most of his time doing whatever
strikes his fancy. Currently he is into doing research on the Internet -
learning about things he happens to be curious about at the moment. He's
managing to teach several people computer and internet usage and is teaching
English to someone in Brazil.
