MajorJ We are very sorry to report that Gene passed away on 30th March 2004. He was one of the founders of the channel and will be sadly missed.
In addition to running a pawn shop, I am or rather my company is currently designing and building very unique floating as well as land based homes and we have just begun leasing properties in the Bahamas... If you feel this is something that may interest you please message me. As additional sources of income I dabble in Gemstones, Ultimate goal is to be independently wealthy. I enjoy being involved as an active member of Sebastian's public service community by belonging to Rotary Club and the Youth Enrichment. This is one of the few places where you feel like you can make a difference. I was born April 8 1947, and my interests are sailing, writing, swimming, roller blading, walking on the beach in the morning, going to Captain Hiram's once in a while for a Marguerita and meal on the waterfront, tending my 12 fruit trees and orchid collection. Most of all, I enjoy the the friendships that have developed on IRC. |
My name is Gene Jacobs AKA MajorJ. I moved to Sebastian, Florida in 1994 to be closer to my 2 kids and parents. In doing so discovered one of the premier communities in Florida, close to everything, and far enough away to leave your doors and windows open, a real paradise.
